Noel Rooney is a Principal Recruitment Consultant with Flexistaff Recruitment, specialising in logistics, transport, warehousing, supply chain and operations recruitment across Ireland.

With a relationship-driven and honest approach to recruitment, Noel works closely with businesses nationwide supporting both temporary and permanent hiring needs. He has built a strong reputation for understanding the realities of the Irish hiring market and consistently filling roles within fast-paced operational environments where reliable talent can often be difficult to secure.

Over the years, Noel has successfully filled a wide range of positions across logistics, industrial, retail, hospitality and commercial sectors, from warehouse operatives, forklift drivers, transport planners and C & CE drivers through to senior-level and specialist hires including operations managers, branch managers, finance professionals, commercial managers and senior leadership appointments.

Known for his responsiveness, market knowledge and straightforward communication style, Noel takes pride in building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
