Position: Senior Warehouse Supervisor (seasonal)
Contract: Temporary – 6 to 8 Weeks – could be extended depending on company needs.
Location: Portlaoise, Co. Laois
Pay Rate: €15.50 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on a temporary 6–8 week contract. This role is ideal for someone with proven leadership skills in a warehouse or logistics environment who can hit the ground running and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Based in Portlaoise, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse staff, coordinating workloads, and maintaining high operational standards during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
• Oversee stock control, goods in/out processes, and order fulfilment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Allocate workloads and monitor performance.
• Liaise with management to report on operational progress and challenges.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role (essential).
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock management, and logistics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Available immediately and able to commit to the full contract period.
