Position: Warehouse Operative
Contract: Temporary – 6 to 8 Weeks
Location: Portlaoise, Co. Laois
Pay Rate: €13.50 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team on a temporary 6–8 week contract. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and previous warehouse or logistics experience, who can support daily operations during a busy period.

Based in Portlaoise, you will be responsible for assisting with goods in/out, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Carry out stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided if required).
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience (desirable).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Available immediately and able to commit to the full contract duration.

Pay Rate: €13.50 per hour
