Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance Forklift Driver)
Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 15
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: €15.50 per hour
Additional Pay: Time and a half for Saturday work (occasionally required, 1–2 times per month)

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join our client‘s team in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years‘ experience in a similar role, with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stripping and loading general groupage trailers
• Loading 18-tonne trucks and vans accurately and safely
• Managing and maintaining a customer storage account
• Ensuring all goods are handled with care and in line with company standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Key Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse and forklift driving experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive and reliable work ethic
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
