Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries and collections of files and documents.
• Plan efficient routes and manage daily schedules to meet deadlines.
• Safely load and unload the van to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and collect necessary documentation.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues.
• Follow health and safety procedures, including safe lifting techniques.
• Keep the van clean and organised.

Requirements:

• Valid B driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Physically fit for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
• Strong organisational and route-planning skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in a Van Driver or delivery role is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on the go.
