Sales & Operations Executive – Dublin 12

Due to continued growth and expansion into new international destinations, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Operations Executive to deliver a first-class, personalised service to a discerning global clientele for our client .

This role focuses on creating bespoke travel experiences across destinations including Australia, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, with additional markets to follow. Each enquiry is unique, requiring strong listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to design tailor-made itineraries that exceed client expectations.

You will work closely with premium partners across golf, accommodation, transport, and entertainment to curate exceptional experiences that create lasting memories. The business is recognised for its commitment to service excellence and its long-standing relationships with loyal, repeat clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and follow up on inbound phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan, cost, and sell bespoke travel experiences including golf tee times, accommodation, and ground transportation
  • Collect and process client payments accurately
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records within internal systems
  • Liaise with suppliers (hotels, golf courses, transport providers, restaurants, etc.) to confirm and amend bookings
  • Prepare and issue detailed itineraries, rooming lists, and client information packs
  • Review supplier invoices prior to payment to ensure accuracy
  • Continuously develop product and supplier knowledge to enhance the client experience
  • Support lead generation and sales activity using available marketing resources
  • Meet individual and team sales targets in line with agreed KPIs
  • Assist management with sales trips, referrals, networking, outbound sales calls, and wider market development
  • Support additional departmental projects and operational requirements as needed

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a travel, tourism, or hospitality environment
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related discipline is desirable
  • Passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • An interest in or passion for golf is highly advantageous
  • Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, disciplined, and meticulous in attention to detail
  • Able to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is advantageous
  • Willing to travel to meet clients and attend sales trips or networking events when required
  • Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills are a strong advantage
