Transport Planner (Permanent) – Rathcoole, Co. Dublin

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics and freight company for an experienced Transport Planner to join their team in the Rathcoole area, County Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary of €45,000 to €48,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate transport operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams to manage logistics and resolve any issues
• Oversee the flow of goods, ensuring smooth operations within the freight and logistics network
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies
• Utilize transport management systems to optimize route planning and scheduling

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Freight and Logistics in Ireland is essential
• Fluent English, with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Irish transport regulations is an advantage
