Your Role as Trade Manager

As Trade Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including:
Managing staff, stock, and logistics
Achieving sales targets, budgets, and KPIs
Providing exceptional customer service
Leading a motivated and high-performing team
Overseeing health & safety, security, and store presentation
Driving profitability and business growth

What We‘re Looking For

✅ Experience: Previous managerial or senior assistant manager experience
✅ Leadership Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to train and motivate a team
✅ Customer Focus: Passionate about providing top-level service
✅ Business Mindset: Results-driven, highly organised, and proactive
✅ Industry Knowledge: Heating & plumbing trade experience is a strong advantage
