We‘re looking for a motivated Trade Counter Assistant to join our busy store, specialising in plumbing and heating products. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers, this is the role for you!

What You‘ll Be Doing

Handling day-to-day trade counter operations
Assisting customers with plumbing & heating product enquiries
Providing accurate quotations and processing orders
Picking and checking stock before dispatch
Managing sales and returns efficiently
Liaising with suppliers on pricing and stock orders
Reporting stock shortages and issues to management
Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
Staying up to date with new products & services
Performing stocktaking and general store duties
Following Health & Safety regulations

What We‘re Looking For

✅ Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
✅ Ability to work independently & as part of a team
✅ Highly organised with great attention to detail
✅ Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
✅ Previous experience in plumbing & heating products is an advantage
✅ Fluent in English
