Temporary Receptionist Required – Dublin
Dates: Thursday 1st, Friday 2nd, and Monday 6th
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: €16 per hour
Location: Ballyboughal
We are currently seeking a professional and reliable temporary receptionist to provide front-of-house support for our client on a short-term basis. The role will be based in a professional office environment and will involve a range of reception and administrative duties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the switchboard and directing calls appropriately
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Coordinating and booking meeting rooms
- Handling general administrative and reception duties as required
Ideal candidate will have:
- Must Drive and have access to their own vehicle.
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in standard office systems and booking tools
