Now Hiring: Temporary Administrator (4–5 Days Per Week)
Our client is seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their team onsite in St. Margaret‘s, Co. Dublin.
This is an excellent short-term opportunity for candidates with strong administrative skills who are available for an immediate start.
Role: Temporary Administrator
Location: St. Margaret‘s, Co. Dublin
Hours:
- Standard: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Flexible options available: e.g. 10:00am – 4:00pm
Days: Ideally 5 days per week, but 4 days will be considered for the right candidate
Rate of Pay: €15-€16 per hour (DOE)
Assignment Duration: Until Friday, 19th December
Start Date: Ideally Thursday 21st (includes IT induction, manual handling, and online training)
About the Role
The successful candidate will support our client‘s onsite team with a range of administrative duties. This position requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative support
- Assisting with scheduling, data entry, and documentation
- Liaising with internal teams as required
- Completing all required induction training (IT, manual handling, online modules)
Candidate Requirements
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to commute to St. Margaret‘s
- Availability to start immediately
- Flexibility to work 4–5 days per week
