STORE & SALES ASSISTANT
LOCATION: Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow
PAY: From €13.50 per hour

Role Overview

Our client, a builders‘ merchants in Kilcoole is looking for a Store & Sales Assistant. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business, develop your career, and work in a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist and advise customers in-store and by phone
• Process orders and payments (once trained)
• Stock shelves, check deliveries, and maintain store presentation
• Support stock management, including cycle counting and stocktaking
• Liaise with warehouse and yard teams to fulfil orders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
• Build strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities

Skills & Experience

• Some retail experience preferred
• Interest in DIY or building materials an advantage
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• IT literacy (Microsoft Office, POS/ERP experience beneficial)
