Our client is a leading convenience retail brand in Cork, committed to quality and exceptional customer service. They are expanding and looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their team.

As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and manage a busy convenience store. This role is ideal for someone with a supermarket or convenience retail background, seeking a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and sales.

· Implement strategies to boost sales and profitability.

· Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

· Handle budgets and analyse store performance.

· Deliver top-notch customer service and maintain store presentation.

· Recruit, train, and develop team members.

· Resolve customer issues effectively.

· Coordinate with head office and other departments.

Requirements:

· Experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager in a supermarket or convenience store.

· Strong leadership and operational management skills.

· Proficient in inventory management and merchandising.

· Financially astute with budgeting and performance analysis experience.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
