We’re recruiting an experienced Store Manager for a busy shoe retail store in Wilton, Cork. You’ll take ownership of the store, lead the team from the front and drive strong sales and customer service.

You’ll need:

• Previous retail management experience
• Strong team leadership skills
• Experience working with sales targets and KPIs
• A hands-on approach to running a busy store
• Excellent customer service skills

The package: €40,000 salary, up to €5,000 annual KPI bonus, plus long-service retention bonuses.
