Store Manager | Full-Time Permanent Role

Location : Balbriggan
Salary : Up to 55,000 DOE
Type of Position : Full-Time Permanent Position

Requirements

* Previous retail management experience (Supermarket/Retail preferred)
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience managing KPIs, sales, and store performance
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage stock control and merchandising standards
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Flexible approach to working hours

Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day running of the store
* Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
* Deliver excellent customer service standards
* Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
* Monitor sales performance and achieve store targets
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Manage staff rotas, attendance, and performance
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and store presentation
* Drive promotions and maximise sales opportunities
