Location: Cork, Ireland
Salary: Up to €55,000 per year + Performance Bonus
Job Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations
• Manage staff, stock, and logistics
• Drive sales and meet performance targets
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Ensure a safe and well-presented store environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in a manager or senior team lead role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales-focused with a hands-on attitude
• Organised, goal-driven, and customer-focused
• Trade industry experience (e.g. heating, plumbing) is a plus
