As Store Manager, you will lead the store, driving sales, managing operations, and coaching your team to success. You will have full responsibility for recruitment, stock management, and visual merchandising while ensuring high standards of customer service and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales, productivity, and cost control.
  • Analyse reports to optimise store performance.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs and follow up on progress.
  • Oversee stock management and implement visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Conduct competitor visits and report insights.
