Bathroom Showroom Sales Executive – Ballymount, Dublin

Salary DOE: €45,000 – €55,000 + Commission + Bonus

Flexistaff Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a premium bathroom showroom in Ballymount to recruit an experienced Showroom Sales Executive.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody currently working within bathrooms, tiles, interiors, kitchens or luxury retail sales who enjoys delivering a high-end customer experience and building long-term client relationships.

Our client is a well-established name within the industry, known for quality products, exceptional showroom standards and tailored customer solutions across residential and trade projects.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a commercially driven showroom professional who enjoys working directly with customers, understanding design requirements and guiding clients through product selections from initial enquiry through to final sale.

You will work with homeowners, interior designers, contractors and trade customers, providing expert advice while managing quotations, follow-ups and ongoing customer care to a very high standard.

Strong product knowledge, organisation and relationship management will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a premium showroom experience to both retail and trade customers
    * Build strong relationships with homeowners, designers, builders and contractors
    * Advise customers on bathroom products, layouts and solutions
    * Prepare and manage quotations accurately and efficiently
    * Follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into sales
    * Upsell complementary products and additional solutions where appropriate
    * Maintain excellent customer communication throughout the sales process
    * Ensure showroom presentation remains to an exceptional standard
    * Work towards sales targets and contribute to overall showroom growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within bathroom showroom sales, tiles, kitchens, interiors or luxury retail
    * Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
    * Professional, well-presented and commercially aware
    * Confident managing quotations, follow-ups and sales pipelines
    * Strong organisational and time management skills
    * Ability to build trust and rapport naturally with customers
    * Passion for interiors, design and delivering a high-quality customer experience
    * Experience dealing with both retail and trade customers would be advantageous
