Service Technician – North Dublin

Flexistaff is in search of a dedicated Service Technician to fill a crucial role in North Dublin, on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. As a Service Technician, you will focus on:

• Installing and servicing medical oxygen and ventilation equipment
• Providing patient and family training along with technical support
• Sharing product knowledge within private and hospital settings
• Offering after-hours patient support on a rotational basis

We are looking for candidates who embody the following qualities:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to improving patient lives through exceptional customer service
• Preferably, previous experience in field-based technical sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in technical repairs with meticulous attention to detail
• Competence in computer operations and practical IT skills
• A willingness to undertake varied tasks and responsibilities
• Possession of a full driving license for a minimum of 2 years
• Familiarity with the local geography and a readiness to occasionally travel to cover other regions
• Residency in Dublin South, or nearby areas

While experience in homecare medical devices is advantageous, it’s not mandatory as comprehensive product training will be provided.
