Senior Barman – Swords (North Dublin)
€40,000 per annum | 4-Day Week (10-Hour Shifts)

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Barman to join a well-established local pub in Swords. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong bar management skills who enjoys being part of a busy, community-focused venue and values a better work-life balance with a 4-day working week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Lead service during busy shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient bar performance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage cash handling, stock control, and ordering.
• Supervise, train, and support junior bar staff.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years‘ experience in a senior or supervisory bar role.
• Proven ability to open and close the bar independently.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, organised, and confident working in a busy environment.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend work (4-day roster).
