Job Title: Sales Order Processor (Plumbing & Heating)

Location: Tullamore
Salary: €32,000 – €36,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-Time, Permanent)

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Order Processor with a strong background in Plumbing and Heating to join our busy team in Tullamore.

This is a key position within the business, responsible for processing and coordinating orders for construction sites while ensuring accuracy, efficiency and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing sales orders for plumbing and heating materials.
• Liaising directly with construction sites to confirm product requirements and delivery schedules.
• Placing orders with suppliers and monitoring lead times.
• Checking stock levels and advising on suitable alternatives when required.
• Coordinating deliveries to site and resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintaining accurate system records and order documentation.
• Assisting with quotations and product queries.
• Ensuring a high level of service to contractors, site managers and customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Sales Order Processing or Internal Sales role.
• Essential: Background in Plumbing & Heating products.
• Strong understanding of materials supplied to construction sites.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communication skills when dealing with site managers and suppliers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders.
• Strong IT skills (ERP system experience desirable).
