About the Role:
Our client, a well-established leader in the Builders Providers and Home Improvement/DIY sector, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Online Sales Manager to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Ballymount, Dublin 24.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of online orders across multiple eCommerce platforms.
• Ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of all online orders within set timeframes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Oversee order management and ERP integration, ensuring data is efficiently processed and systems are up to date.
• Engage with branch teams regarding branch-fulfilled orders and stock availability.
• Monitor and maintain accurate and detailed product listings.
• Work closely with the Marketing/eCommerce team to support effective online sales campaigns and promotions.
• Manage and regularly review all cost inputs related to online sales, including delivery costs.
• Oversee courier service relationships and performance.
• Liaise with web service providers to ensure optimal website performance and functionality.
• Perform any additional duties as required by the business.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in online sales management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
