Location: Meath, Ireland

Salary: €29k DOE

Flexistaff Recruitment is looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor for a home-grown Irish retailer. Specialising in DIY and homeware, our client offers a dynamic environment where customer service and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth running and policy adherence.

· Ensure exceptional customer service and engagement at all times.

· Motivate and train staff to meet sales targets and maintain high standards.

· Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and minimise wastage.

· Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising and customer interaction.

· Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

· Provide performance reports and feedback to help improve store operations.

Requirements

· Retail supervisory experience is essential; experience in DIY/homeware or FMCG is a plus.

· Strong team management and leadership skills.

· Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

· Highly organised, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem-solving abilities.
