FlexiStaff are recruiting an experienced Security Officer on behalf of our client in Skerries.

We are looking for a professional, approachable and reliable Security Officer who has previous experience working within a retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who can provide a strong security presence while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence
• Monitor the retail premises and identify suspicious activity
• Help prevent theft, loss and damage
• Conduct regular security checks and patrols
• Respond appropriately to security incidents
• Assist customers and staff when required
• Complete incident reports accurately
• Follow all health, safety and security procedures
• Work closely with store management and the wider retail team

What We‘re Looking For

• Previous retail security experience is essential
• Valid PSA Security Licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional and confident manner
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Reliable, punctual and attentive
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
