Assistant Store Manager
Locations: Liffey Valley & Henry Street
Salary: €31,000 – €34,000 (DOE)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Store Manager in driving sales and hitting KPIs
• Lead, train, and motivate the team
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standards
• Oversee daily operations, stock control, and compliance
• Handle banking, store security, and opening/closing duties
• Step up as lead when the Store Manager is off-site

About You:

• 2+ years’ retail or customer service experience
• Previous supervisor or assistant manager experience essential
• Strong communicator and team leader
• Passionate about retail and customer experience
• Flexible to work weekends and varied shifts

Salary & Benefits:
