Recruitment Consultant – 360 Recruitment (Temp & Perm)

Salary: DOE + Uncapped Commission Structure

At Flexistaff, we’re growing and looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This is a true dual-desk role, managing both temporary and permanent recruitment across a variety of sectors. You’ll have the freedom to build your desk, develop client relationships, and grow your earnings through an attractive uncapped commission structure once threshold is achieved.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing temporary workforce requirements and permanent recruitment campaigns
• Conducting client meetings, negotiations, and candidate interviews
• Working closely with the wider Flexistaff team to deliver exceptional service
• Maintaining a proactive pipeline of talent and business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment agency experience is essential
• Proven success in a 360 recruitment environment
• Experience managing temp, perm, or dual desks
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, driven and target-focused
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
