Recruitment Consultant – End-to-End Recruitment Horizon Logistics Park, Dublin Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm Hybrid working available after training

The Opportunity We are seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full end-to-end recruitment role, offering the opportunity to work closely with both clients and candidates while building long-term relationships and developing your own desk.

Key Responsibilities * Managing the full recruitment life cycle from job brief to placement * Building and maintaining strong client relationships * Sourcing, screening and placing high-quality candidates * Managing job adverts, CV submissions and interview processes * Proactively developing new business opportunities * Delivering a high level of service to both clients and candidates * Negotiating offers and closing placements

What We’re Looking For * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * A proactive, target-driven approach * Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities * Commercial awareness and confidence in business development * Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
