Hybrid Recruitment Consultant – Dublin (Horizon Logistics Park)

We’re a small agency with a big heart – and we’re growing fast. Now, we’re looking for a Hybrid Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Horizon Logistics Park, Dublin, and help us shape the next chapter of our journey.

About the Role

You’ll be working across a variety of roles, managing clients and candidates from first contact through to placement. You’ll have the freedom to build lasting relationships and the support of a close-knit team who genuinely care about what they do.

This is a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to split your time between the office and home.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates

• Collaborating with the wider team to deliver excellent service

• Helping to drive the continued growth of our business

• Previous experience in agency recruitment

• A natural relationship-builder who enjoys connecting with people

• Motivated, organised, and eager to grow with a business that values initiative

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
