Are you a motivated and organised professional looking to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment? Flexistaff is expanding and seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage both temporary and permanent roles across a variety of sectors.

This role is based at our Dublin office in Horizon Logistics Park, Swords. A hybrid working model is available following initial training.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage full 360° recruitment process for temp and perm roles

· Attract and source high-quality candidates

· Build and maintain client relationships

· Develop new business and win contracts

· Provide solutions in a fast-paced, ever-changing market

· Maintain accurate records using recruitment software and CRM systems

Ideal Candidate:

· Strong communicator, both written and verbal

· Sales-driven and motivated to exceed targets

· Highly organised and used to multitasking

· Excellent problem-solving abilities

· Proficient IT skills – recruitment systems knowledge is a plus

· Previous experience in recruitment or a fast-paced sales environment preferred
