Salary: €42,000 base + bonuses and overtime (OTE €49,000-€60,000)

As a Recovery Driver, you‘ll be the reassuring presence our customers rely on – assisting motorists, ensuring safety, and getting them back on the road with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate appropriate recovery solutions in collaboration with the Rescue Centre
• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment to the highest operational standards
• Communicate effectively with the operations and dispatch team

Requirements

• Full, clean Category C
• Good understanding of motor vehicle mechanics (experience in a similar role is an advantage)
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week across 5 of 7 days, with overtime available during peak periods
• A safety-conscious, proactive mindset and strong problem-solving ability
• Manual Handling Certificate, CPC, and relevant driving qualifications (preferred)
