FlexiStaff Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and professional Ready Mix Driver to join a leading construction materials company based in County Kildare.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver looking to secure a permanent position with a well-established business offering competitive pay, excellent working hours, and additional bonus incentives. Training may also be available for suitable candidates who are eager to develop within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Ready Mix Concrete Truck safely and efficiently.
• Deliver concrete to customer sites across Kildare and surrounding counties.
• Ensure deliveries are completed on time and to the highest service standards.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Adhere to all road traffic legislation, health and safety procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site personnel, and customers.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am – 5:00pm

Pay & Benefits

• €18.35 per hour
• Full-time permanent position
• €600 cash bonus paid twice per year

Requirements

Essential

• Full Category C Driving Licence
• Valid Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Safe Pass
• Manual Handling Certificate

Desirable

• Previous Ready Mix / Concrete Mixer driving experience
• Experience operating 4-Axle vehicles
• Strong focus on safety and compliance
• Good communication and customer service skills
