Flexistaff is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Project Manager to oversee major residential and commercial projects across Dublin and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will manage projects from initial award through to final client handover, with responsibility for programme delivery, site teams, commercial performance, safety and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from award through to completion and handover
• Develop and manage construction programmes
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays or risks
• Maintain excellent Health, Safety & Sustainability standards
• Attend and chair project/client progress meetings
• Manage technical submittals and client approvals
• Identify and manage variations and scope changes
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors and the commercial team
• Drive efficiencies and cost savings across site operations
• Prepare weekly client progress reports
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements:

• 8–10 years‘ experience delivering large residential and/or commercial projects
• Relevant third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering or Project Management
• Strong end-to-end project management experience
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent planning and organisational ability
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
• Planning and Temporary Works training advantageous

Salary: €80,000 – €90,000 DOE
Location: South Dublin
