Our client, a growing healthcare and clinical supply company based in Ballycoolin, is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse / Production Associate to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will support day-to-day warehouse and production activities while ensuring all operations are carried out in line with company procedures and quality standards. Duties will include warehouse operations, shipping coordination, label printing, packaging activities, inventory control, and maintaining clean and compliant working conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments in coordination with the logistics team
• Prepare and condition temperature-controlled shipping containers
• Ensure products are stored according to temperature requirements
• Coordinate and prioritise dispatch schedules
• Maintain clean, organised, and compliant warehouse conditions
• Carry out and document routine warehouse checks including temperature monitoring and sanitation
• Perform stock counts and report any inventory discrepancies
• File and maintain operational documentation for audit purposes
• Print labels and support secondary packaging operations
• Remove expired or damaged stock in line with company procedures
• Support warehouse and 3PL operational projects
• Report quality-related issues to the Quality Assurance team
• Assist with recalls, deviations, and operational change controls where required

Requirements

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Strong written and spoken English
• Good numerical and organisational skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Counterbalance Forklift or Power Pallet licence is an advantage but not essential

This position would suit someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured warehouse or production environment.
