Signage Production Operative

Location: Clonakilty, West Cork
Salary: €15.00 – €17.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week

We are currently working with our client, an established and well-regarded print and signage company based in Clonakilty, West Cork, who are seeking a Signage Production Operative to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and organising signage projects in line with job sheets, measurements, and installation instructions
• Producing and assisting with the installation of signage to a high standard of accuracy and quality
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client specifications
• Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate fitting and installation schedules
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards throughout project delivery
• Ensuring on-site compliance with health & safety procedures
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail and pride in finished work

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in signage production or a similar hands-on role is an advantage, though applicants with strong practical skills are encouraged to apply
• Experience with signage and display printing preferred
• Good general computer skills are beneficial
• Full clean driving licence is essential
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Safe Pass is an advantage
• Good level of spoken and written English required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions
