Our Client is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our growing team of 10 staff. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a background in CNC and automated machinery, who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

What You‘ll Be Doing

Managing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Overseeing CNC and automated machinery to maintain smooth workflow
Monitoring inputs & outputs to optimise productivity
Ensuring the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Managing public and trade accounts, providing excellent customer service
Training, mentoring, and motivating your team to perform at their best
Identifying and implementing process improvements for better efficiency
Liaising with senior management on production updates and targets
Ensuring health & safety regulations are met at all times

✅ Proven experience in a Production Manager role
✅ Strong background in CNC and automated machinery
✅ Leadership skills to oversee and develop a team of 10 staff
✅ Ability to manage workloads, meet targets, and problem-solve under pressure
✅ Excellent communication skills for handling trade and public accounts
✅ Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
