We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Print Finisher to support a busy production period. This role requires someone who can confidently operate collating and binding machines and hit the ground running.

The Role

You will be responsible for the final stage of print production, ensuring all materials are finished to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate collating and binding machines
• Carry out saddle stitching and/or perfect binding
• Perform guillotine work with precision
• Conduct quality checks on finished products (pagination, trim, finish)
• Pack and prepare orders for dispatch
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues where required

Requirements

• 2–3 years‘ experience in a print finishing role
• Proven ability to use collating and binding machines
• Experience with machinery such as Muller Martini, Horizon, Duplo or similar
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Strong awareness of health & safety
• Available for immediate start
