Patient Care Specialist (Nurse Role) – Tipperary

Hours : Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm

Your Location : Must be based in Tipperary however there will be a requirement to travel to Cork, Limerick and Waterford.

The Role

Full-time position supporting respiratory patients at home and in hospital settings across Tipperary. You‘ll help drive service growth while delivering hands-on patient care and training.

Key Duties

Install and support homecare devices (e.g. CPAP, NIV, ventilation systems)

Manage patient set-ups, follow-ups, and compliance checks

Provide training to patients, carers, and healthcare teams

Support clinics, workshops, and respiratory events

Build relationships with hospital and community teams

About You

Qualified nurse, physiotherapist, or medical technician

3+ years‘ post-qualification experience

Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills

Confident delivering training and building relationships

Full driving licence required
