We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team in Dublin 2 on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent morning hours in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and support
- Answering phones and managing emails
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Filing, data entry, and document management
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations
- Liaising with clients and internal team members
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and professionalism
