Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their operations administration team. This role is essential in a busy department and involves processing client requests, creating work orders, generating reports, and tracking completed dockets.
The Office Administrator will work closely with clients, the operations team, warehouse staff, and drivers while using the warehouse management system. Full training will be provided.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage client emails and process requests
- Create and track delivery orders
- Handle client phone queries
- Catalogue client materials using Excel
- Verify queries in the warehouse
- Use the warehouse management system
Key Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Clear communication skills with good English
- Team player with a flexible approach
- Ability to work within core hours (7 AM – 5 PM)
- Commitment to information security and quality
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: €13.50 per hour (paid weekly)
Location: Blanchardstown , Damastown Business Park
