Job Title: Machine Operative – Batching Plant
Location: County Kildare
Pay: €18 per hour

We are recruiting for a proactive and hands-on Machine Operative to support operations at a busy batching plant in County Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in plant operations within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate batching plant machinery safely and efficiently
• Assist with the handling, movement, and storage of raw materials
• Ensure the yard and plant areas remain clean, tidy, and in good working order
• Monitor production equipment and report any issues promptly
• Adhere to all health, safety and quality procedures
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily output targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in plant, machinery, or similar operational roles is an advantage
• Willingness to work extended hours and demonstrate flexibility when required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely
• Comfortable learning new systems and equipment – basic computer skills desirable
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
• Own vehicle and full driving licence required due to location

Hours

• 07:00 – 17:00 (flexibility required to meet production demands)
