Location: Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
(11:00am – 8:00pm cover may be required for holidays and training. Flexibility is essential to meet business needs.)

Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a Logistics Administrator in North County Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new customers to support retention and growth
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries, providing professional and timely responses
- Liaise proactively with customers, suppliers, hauliers, and internal partners to ensure a high level of service delivery
- Prepare customer quotations and convert approved quotes into bookings
- Apply and maintain agreed customer rates accurately within systems
- Support trailer planning and liaise with hauliers and depots to optimise load planning and trailer utilisation
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
- Support colleagues across departments and offices, both nationally and internationally
- Maintain accurate records and complete general administrative and office duties as required
- Take a flexible, hands-on approach to managing priorities and meeting deadlines
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a logistics, transport, or customer-facing administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take ownership of tasks
- Experience in road freight and customs is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Confident communicator via email and telephone
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
