Job Title: Lead Domestic Appliance Installer & Trainer Location: Field-based Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 07:30 – 16:30 (flexibility required during peak periods) Salary: €22.00 – €25.00 per hour DOE Benefits: Company van, generous staff discount, discounted health insurance (Laya Healthcare)

Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced domestic appliance installer to lead and support our installation team. This field-based role involves delivering and installing white goods in customers’ homes, while also focusing on training and developing new team members. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service, sharing knowledge across the team, and maintaining installation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out day-to-day installations of domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines, fridges) in customers’ homes

· Lead onboarding and training of new starters, including shadowing and coaching

· Develop training materials and complete training checklists for all new and existing installers

· Provide feedback on installation issues, reviewing complaints and images to improve team performance

· Support the performance management and development of the installation team

· Ensure correct procedures are followed and high standards of safety, conduct and efficiency are maintained

· Share product knowledge as new ranges or features are introduced, ensuring team awareness

· Conduct regular audits and spot checks of vehicles, equipment, and appearance

· Collaborate with other departments to refine processes and improve service delivery

Key Requirements:

· Proven experience as a domestic appliance installer within a retail or similar environment

· Previous leadership or mentoring experience

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· A practical and hands-on approach to training and development

· Ability to work independently and support a team

· Full clean driving licence required
