Job Title: Key Handler
Location: South Dublin
Salary: €15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Overview
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and organised Key Handler to join their busy operations team. This role plays an important part in ensuring the secure handling, tracking, and management of vehicle keys within a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured operational setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organise a high volume of vehicle keys in a secure environment

• Accurately log and track keys using internal systems

• Issue and receive keys to authorised staff and drivers as required

• Ensure all keys are stored securely and accounted for at all times

• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks where required

• Support the wider operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow

• Follow all company health & safety and security procedures

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Basic computer skills for logging and tracking systems

• Driving License

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment is advantageous but not essential

• A reliable and professional work ethic
