Are you from a hydraulics, engineering, industrial products or machinery background and looking to develop your career within technical sales?

FlexiStaff Recruitment is currently seeking an Internal Sales Support professional to join an established and growing supplier within the hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial fluid power sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical or industrial background who enjoys dealing with customers and wants to develop a long-term career within sales.

The Role

Working closely with customers and the wider sales team, you will:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
• Support customers with product and technical enquiries
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
• Support the external sales team with new and existing business
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Develop your technical and commercial knowledge through ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in any of the following areas:

• Hydraulics or fluid power
• Engineering or industrial products
• Agricultural, plant or construction machinery
• Bearings, power transmission, pneumatics or mechanical components
• Industrial distribution or technical wholesale
• Internal Sales, Technical Sales, Parts Sales, Trade Counter or Customer Service

Most importantly, you’ll be commercially minded, confident dealing with customers and keen to develop your career within sales.
