We are currently recruiting for a C Driver / Service Expert to join an established environmental services business.

This is much more than a standard driving role. You’ll be out on the road visiting customer sites, carrying out equipment servicing, inspections and minor repairs, as well as completing waste collections and product deliveries.

Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for an experienced C Driver or a newly qualified C licence holder who is practical, customer-focused and interested in developing additional technical skills.

The Role

• Carry out scheduled customer visits and provide a professional on-site service.
• Service and maintain parts-cleaning equipment.
• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Carry out minor repairs and parts replacements, with full training provided.
• Safely collect and transport waste materials.
• Complete product deliveries to customer sites.
• Use digital systems to accurately record completed work and service information.
• Identify potential equipment issues and service requirements while on site.
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance throughout all work.
• Build positive working relationships with customers.

What We’re Looking For

• C Driving Licence – essential.
• Valid CPC and Tacho Card – essential.
• Experienced and newly qualified C1 drivers will be considered.
• ADR experience/qualification is desirable.
• Comfortable working independently and travelling to customer sites.
