Flexistaff Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join a busy and established plumbing and heating supplier based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.

The Role

As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering materials to construction sites and customer locations while ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

An assistant will accompany you on deliveries to support with loading and unloading, allowing you to focus on providing excellent service and maintaining safe driving standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver plumbing and heating materials to construction sites and customers
• Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on schedule
• Assist with loading and unloading alongside the assigned driver’s assistant
• Plan routes and manage daily delivery schedules
• Complete vehicle checks before and after each shift
• Maintain delivery paperwork and records accurately
• Follow all road traffic regulations and company procedures
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations

Essential Requirements

• Valid C Licence (Rigid Truck Licence)
• Safe Pass Certificate
• Manual Handling Certificate
• Previous truck driving experience preferred
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional and reliable approach to work
