Groundworker / Concrete Finisher Temp to permanent

Location: Ardee, Co. Louth – working across Dublin & North Leinster
Pay: €20.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.00am-4.30pm
Job Type: Full-time

Flexistaff is recruiting experienced Groundworkers / Concrete Finishers on behalf of our client, a civil engineering and utilities contractor.

The Role

You will work as part of a site crew carrying out:

• General groundworks and civil works
• Excavation and trench preparation
• Ducting, pipework and drainage
• Kerbing, backfilling and compaction
• Concrete preparation, pouring and finishing
• Road and footpath reinstatement
• General site duties as required

Requirements

• Valid Safe Pass
• Previous groundworks and/or concrete finishing experience
• Ideally 3-5 years’ experience
• Experience in civils or utilities is an advantage
• Manual Handling and CSCS/plant tickets are desirable
• Reliable and comfortable working outdoors
• Willing to travel to sites across Dublin and North Leinster
• Flexible for occasional weekend work

Pay & Benefits

• €20.00 per hour
• 40-hour working week
• Overtime at time and a quarter up to and including Saturday
• Sunday overtime at time and a half
• 20 days’ annual leave
