Job Title: Goods In Operative

Location: Dublin
Reports to: Warehouse Despatch Manager
Salary: €30,000 per annum + €500 annual bonus

Role Overview

As a Goods In Operative, you’ll play a crucial role within our logistics team-bringing in and inspecting goods, ensuring timely entry into our ERP system, and maintaining operational standards across the warehouse. This role presents excellent opportunities to learn processes across various departments and become a vital part of our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming goods
• Process goods receipts using the ERP system
• Maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping
• Adhere to daily SLAs and KPIs
• Safely operate reach trucks, man-up trucks, forklifts, and PPTs (where certified)
• Open pallet boxes and transfer stock from pallets to shelving
• Prepare international shipments-scan serial numbers and shrink-wrap pallets
• Conduct yard duties and maintain health and safety compliance at all times

Essential Skills & Experience

• Able to perform well under pressure and thrive in a collaborative team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
• Consistently meets deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
• Licensed to operate Counterbalance forklifts

Desirable Attributes

• Educated to Leaving Certificate level or beyond
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable in dynamic workflows
• Punctual with strong accuracy and execution standards
