General Operative

Warehouse Operative | Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 17:00pm

Flexistaff is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client, a leading and growing distribution business. If you’re looking for a stable role within a fast-paced warehouse environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and replenishing stock
• Goods-in duties, loading and unloading deliveries
• Stock counting and inventory checks
• Operating pallet trucks and PPTs (where required)
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse technology
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Reporting stock discrepancies, damages or shortages
• General warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines
• Good attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently when required
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence would be an advantage
