Location: North County Dublin
Salary: Circa €36,000 DOE
Contract: Fixed Term Contract
Shift: Full-Time | 45 Hours Per Week | 5 Days Over 7 | Weekend & Public Holiday Availability Required.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the management team of a well-established hospitality venue in North County Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to further develop their career within a busy food and beverage operation.

• Support the day-to-day management of food & beverage operations
• Supervise and develop a large F&B team
• Ensure exceptional guest service across dining, bar and event facilities
• Assist with functions and events operations
• Manage staff rosters and training
• Conduct stocktakes and support operational standards
• Work closely with senior management on daily operations
• Maintain HACCP and food safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor within a busy hotel environment
• HACCP trained
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations
